Spooky Storytime x2!
Join us for SPOOKY STORYTIME on Thursday, October 24th!
Don’t let the name of the event fool you, this will be a fun, silly, and not-too-spooky storytime where the Birdie Books flock will read some fun Halloween children’s books. We will have candy upon entrance of the bookshop so dress up the little ones (and yourself!!) in their costumes! Oh yeah… and we may just give away an award for the best costume at storytime (WINK)!
Please Note there will be two SPOOKY STORYTIMES:
11:00AM - For ages 0-5 children but all are welcome!
5:00PM (SOLD OUT) - For school-aged kiddos but all are welcome!
Suitable for children and their guardians! Guardians must remain with their children to supervise. This is a free event, no purchase is necessary to attend but tickets are highly recommended to guarantee your seats for storytime!

Storytime with the Authors: Marie Weller & Paula Vertikoff
Join us for Storytime at 10:30 AM! Authors Marie Weller & Paula Vertikoff (Cranium Critters) will be our guest readers! Arts & crafts materials will be provided following the readings!
Marie Weller and Paula Vertikoff are an Elementary School Counselor and Principal duo dedicated to social-emotional wellness for children and the adults who care about them. With a combined fifty years of experience in education, they have seen over and over again what research has confirmed - social-emotional wellness plays an integral role in academic and life success. They have created Cranium Kids Media to share video lessons, stories, and activities to help young people understand their minds, recognize and manage emotions, and develop social awareness skills for learning and living. Their little life lessons provide the big life skills needed to lead happier, healthier lives.

Storytime w/ Ashequka Lacey
Join us for Storytime at 10:30 AM! Local author Ashequka Lacey will be our guest storytime reader as she will read a few of her own books! Ashequka will also be providing some fun activities for the children in attendance following storytime!
Ashequka’s books will be available for sale following Storytime PLUS she will be available to sign your books!!!

About Inspiring Jreams Publishing
Inspiring Jreams Publishing was started back in March 2020. The Founder/Owner is Ashequka Lacey. She started the publishing company when she Self- Published her children's book Jakobi and Me. When she started her journey, she was just trying to figure it out what to do and wished she had access to resources to make publishing her book easier. She realized that she could be the resource and since then she has helped several aspiring authors become self-published authors.

Local Authors Andy J. Pizza and Sophie Miller will be reading their new book Invisible Things which releases that morning! Those in attendance will be some of the VERY FIRST to experience the book!
