Birdie Books is proud to support our talented literary community and local authors in our bookstore! We are honored you are interested in sharing your work with us, we know how hard it is to get to this point so congratulations!
Due to the overwhelming amount of submissions we regularly receive along with extremely limited shelf space, we accept local author/illustrator submissions on a year-round basis however, we select a curated collection of the submissions quarterly.
Submission Requirements:
Book must be bound
Must have valid ISBN and barcode
Must have title and author printed legibly on spine

We accept local author/illustrator submissions on a year-round basis however, we select a curated collection of the submissions quarterly.
If you are chosen to join the shelves we will contact you via the contact information you provided on your submission form. We will purchase 3 initial copies of your book.
If your title is not chosen it may be chosen in a future curated collection, please don't feel discouraged.
