Calling all romance readers, lovers, dreamers, and believers in a good happily-ever-after! Join us at Birdie Books for a full day of all things romance as we celebrate Bookstore Romance Day with books, crafts, games, swaps, and plenty of opportunities to find your next fictional crush.
Whether you want to browse, swap books, make something cute, meet fellow romance readers, or simply spend the day surrounded by books, there’s something for you.

9AM–12PM | Blooms & Books
Start your morning with a little romance! Choco Flowers will be on our patio selling fresh and dried bouquets, available while supplies last. Pick up something beautiful for yourself, or someone you love! No registration required.
12–2PM | Romance Book Swap
Pass along a romance book you loved and discover your next favorite! Bring one or two romance books from your shelves that you’ve genuinely enjoyed and trade them for a new-to-you read.
Think of it as a little love letter from one reader to another! Share a book you adored, and give someone else the chance to fall for it, too. No registration required.
4–6PM | Ticketed Romance Rendezvous
(REGISTRATION REQUIRED - 20 person limit)
Our afternoon celebration is ticketed, and your ticket gets you a whole lot of romance filled fun! Your ticket includes:

7:00–8:30PM | Sip & Swoon
Wind down the day with a drink and a good book. Settle into our bar & bakery space for an evening of silent reading, bookish conversation, and connecting with other romance readers. Purchase a glass of wine or another drink from the bar, bring your current read, and stay awhile. No registration required.
