We're seeking a curated mix of vendors offering handcrafted goods, artisan products, fantasy and medieval-inspired creations, unique gifts, and other high-quality merchandise.
Vendor Details
Vendor Fee: $125
Space Provided: One 10' x 10' outdoor vendor space
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and any necessary weights for tents.
Birdie Books staff will be available to provide booth coverage for restroom breaks, water refills, etc. as needed.
Vendors will receive featured promotion through Birdie Books' social media, email newsletter, and in-store advertising leading up to the event.
All vendors can enjoy a complimentary drink and baked good from the bar & bakery.
Applications will be reviewed to create a diverse and balanced market. Selected vendors will receive additional event details after acceptance.

We're seeking musicians, performers, face painters, living history demonstrators, storytellers, magicians, sword fighters, and other family-friendly entertainers to bring the market to life.
Entertainers will be paid for their performances/services, with compensation determined based on the type and length of the performance. Please use the entertainer application to share your experience, performance details, and technical needs.
